Founded in 2019, we launched SNOWDAY with the goal of bringing something unique and magical to Dallas during the holidays. Since then, we’ve brought to life innovative projects like POP! and BOO!, along with remarkable activations that celebrate music legends, such as DOLLY! ALL ACCESS for Dolly Parton and The REBA House for Reba McEntire. At BAYMO, we are a turnkey operation that thrive on collaboration with a diverse range of talented creatives—including photographers, lighting designers, filmmakers, painters, illustrators, sculptors, set stylists, production designers, sound designers, actors, and even our fun-loving software engineers. Our growing roster reflects the vibrant artistic community we have built, united by a passion for dreaming up and constructing immersive spaces. Bayer Brothers Sets

Bayer Brothers Sets is built on the unbreakable bond of brothers Joel and Scott Bayer. With more than 50 years of combined experience in building and carpentry, Joel and Scott have developed a multi-faced company that designs and creates sets for commercial still and video photography, events large and small, and in the case of BOO! and SNOWDAY, unique guest experiences. With focus on design collaboration, attention to detail, and strong creative vision, the team at Bayer Brothers Sets strives for excellence in everything they create.

Motus

Motus was forged through the talent and experience of a team that has worked with editorial, commercial, portrait and backstage photography across all mediums – digital, print and film. Created by Scot & Kristi Redman and Ben Haschke, Motus is a creative team that has worked with publications such as The New York Times, W Magazine, and teenVogue. From directing national commercials to producing award-winning short films that have screened at the Cannes International Film Festival – their diverse background has allowed them to evolve into a company known for cultivating distinct and professional event experiences.
